Yes. In addition to residential home inspections, we perform commercial property assessments for buyers, investors, and business owners - evaluating the building's structure, systems, and overall condition so you can make an informed decision.

A WDO/WDI assessment looks for evidence of wood-destroying organisms and insects - termites, carpenter ants, wood-boring beetles, and wood-decay fungi. Many lenders require one before closing, and it's strongly recommended for any home in our region. John is licensed for WDO/WDI assessments in both Ohio and West Virginia.

Yes. Much of Ohio and West Virginia sits in elevated EPA radon zones, and radon is the second-leading cause of lung cancer in the United States. John is licensed for radon measurement in both states and performs measurements following EPA protocols, so you know exactly where your home stands before closing.

Thermal imaging reveals what the eye can't see - moisture intrusion, missing insulation, air leakage, and overheating electrical components. John holds a Thermal Imaging certification and uses infrared technology to add a deeper layer of insight to inspections.

A mold assessment evaluates visible and suspected mold growth, moisture sources, and indoor air quality concerns, with testing available to identify the type and extent of mold present. John holds a certification in Mold Assessments and approaches every assessment with his EHS background in mind.

Yes. John is a federally licensed commercial drone pilot, which allows safe, thorough evaluation of roofs and other hard-to-access areas - and supports our estate photography service as well.
